We have nice adapted swimming lessons for children with disabilities. Swimming lessons for every child! That is our goal. These nice swimming lessons are given in our new location at the Noorderparkbad in Amsterdam.

What do these lessons look like?
We give these lessons in small groups, so that we can give the right attention to our swimmers. We work with steering cards, structure games and lots of repetition in these lessons. Repetition is very important for children, the more they do it, the more it becomes. Children also have an interest in structure: knowing where you stand is very important. Every week they know where they stand so that the tension drops and there is a lot of fun in class!

Parents in the water
During a large part of our lessons, the parents go into the water. This makes the swimming lessons even more fun! In this way you can do swimming exercises together with your child and especially have a lot of fun with each other. This increases the swimming pleasure for everyone.
Swimming lesson
For children who are a bit further, we also offer swimming lessons at a higher level. These lessons are without parents or supervisors. They will also learn to swim in a group of 5 for a (adapted) diploma.
