We are looking for a swimming teacher/es!
We are a private swimming school, located at two different locations in Amsterdam. Due to expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic swimming teacher (ES). We would like to strengthen our team with someone who has an affinity with giving swimming lessons to children. Someone who finds high quality of lessons and good preparation just as important as us. Someone who would like to continue learning and develop in this profession.
What are you going to do:
We give swimming lessons on Tuesday to Saturday at two locations in Amsterdam. Your day will include the following activities:
- Preparing the lessons in advance
- Preparing materials
- Receiving the children and parents for the lesson
- Giving swimming lessons
- Keeping scores in our student tracking system
- Clean up again at the end of the day
We think quality is very important and therefore give swimming lessons in groups of up to 5 children. We work with our own student tracking system. Every 2 weeks we have work discussion with each other to discuss the lessons, so that we can help each other and keep the quality high.
Do you have a minimal training swimming teacher (ES) level 3/4, or have you done a sports course at MBO 3/4 level? Then apply immediately!
Do you not have an education, but would you like to practice the swimming profession? That is possible. You can also get a BBL place with us to learn and work. We are currently looking for someone who starts working part -time at both locations. There is a training period / trial period of 2 months and with good functioning you get your own swimming groups.
Your working days for now:
- Thursday afternoon 3:30 PM - 6:45 PM
- Friday afternoon 3:30 PM - 6:45 PM
- Saturday, 11:45 AM - 5:15 PM
You will also come in during illness and holidays.
